USSSA Tournament Directors — The Public Record
Anissa Kidd: Sapulpa Baseball, 26 Historical Events & the 40-Day League Gate-Model Question
Documented activity 2010–2016 · Sapulpa · Creek County · Historical records, financial modeling and public-facility oversight
Why this historical record matters
This independent Baseball Heaven research profile examines publicly listed USSSA baseball activity associated with Anissa Kidd and Sapulpa Baseball Association. It separates documented event listings and calculated advertised entry fees from hypothetical admission and concession models. It does not assert that any identified person or organization collected, retained or profited from the modeled amounts.
1. Dataset and source hierarchy
The controlling source is the September 20, 2026 AIUSSSA — Hidden Valley Integrity of the Game division-level CSV. The older director inventory is secondary and must not override the newer division records. The analysis groups division records by the base portion of TournamentID; separate divisions within one event are not counted as additional tournaments. Team entries may include repeat participation and do not represent unique teams.
The source identifies 80 division rows grouped into 26 historical event identifiers. Source-listed events and event dates do not independently prove that all games were completed or all advertised fees were collected.

For the full division-level audit, consult the controlling dataset. A source-listed event with one team or a $0 advertised fee is not evidence that competitive games or other collections occurred.
4. League-calendar gate-model question
The full source-calendar model produces $258,500 in hypothetical gate receipts, of which $190,100 is associated with league-classified event identifiers. This does not establish that admission was charged on each modeled day. The published model is an assumption-based estimate, not a register of tickets sold.
Illustrative alternative scenarios
For comparability, the scenarios below retain the dataset's daily fan and admission assumptions but vary the number of modeled days or exclude league-classified listings. They are alternatives and must not be added together.
| Scenario | Modeled gate | Gross concession proxy (50%) | Assumed concession costs (80% of sales) | Hypothetical net concessions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Original full source-calendar model | $258,500 | $129,250 | $103,400 | $25,850 |
| Maximum two modeled days per division | $86,100 | $43,050 | $34,440 | $8,610 |
| Two-day cap excluding league-classified events | $68,400 | $34,200 | $27,360 | $6,840 |
| One modeled day per listing | $44,300 | $22,150 | $17,720 | $4,430 |
Gross concessions = gate × 0.50
Hypothetical net concessions = gross concessions × 0.20
Neither a modeled gate figure nor hypothetical concession net proceeds establishes actual receipts, retained revenue, director compensation, or municipal income. Concession net is a proxy after an assumed cost ratio, not an audited profit figure.
Dataset-derived financial fields
The controlling CSV totals $442,517 in modeled Event Income and $381,057 in modeled Event Net. Event Income includes modeled advertised entry fees, gate and gross concession components; adding those components again would double count. The modeled Event Net field does not represent audited profit and may omit material expenses.
5. Evidence, limitations and open questions
- Historical team entries do not identify unique participating teams or confirm payment.
- Event listings may include leagues, cancellations, administrative placeholders or uncompleted competitions.
- Published minimum-game guarantees and modeled officiating assignments are not game logs or payroll records.
- Original field reservations, financial agreements, admissions records and concession statements have not been obtained for every event.
- The recipient, deposit account and ultimate disposition of any event-related money cannot be established from tournament listings alone.
- Current facility information does not necessarily establish historical venue ownership or operations.
Questions for public-facility oversight
- Who owned, operated and maintained the listed fields in each event year?
- What agreements governed tournament and league use?
- Who was authorized to set and collect entry, admission and concession fees?
- Were tournament and league rates or operating rules different?
- What dates were actual paid-admission days?
- What public funds supported capital improvements, utilities, insurance or maintenance?
- Were event-specific field reservations and accounting reports required?
- What records would allow public officials to reconcile modeled figures with actual financial activity?
