More Than Tournament Revenue
The planning record also contemplated youth-program pathways, including an All-Star or draft-style league intended to provide an opportunity for children who might not already have a team or coach.

A Defined Moment in Time
November 24, 2021: the operating-model and website presentations document the planning discussion as the Brian Crawford Memorial Sports Complex moved toward operational use.
July 1, 2022: a Seminole State College Personnel Action Request documents Kenneth R. Crawford as Temporary Full-Time Operations Manager, with responsibility for oversight of completion and operations of the Brian Crawford Memorial Sports Complex.
2022: the documented Operations Manager period provides the operational bridge between the 2021 planning record and the complex's transition into active use.
December 31, 2022: the Personnel Action Request lists this date as the expected end date of the SSC appointment.
2023–2026: later independent research provides the retrospective comparison period used throughout Baseball Heaven.
