BASEBALL HEAVEN RESEARCH INITIATIVE • DAY 19 • OCTOBER 30, 2026

Jeff Warden: Claremore Baseball, the 55-Event Record, Free-Entry Listings & the Public-Facility Accountability Test

USSSA TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS — THE PUBLIC RECORD
2011–2019 · Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma · Claremore Youth Baseball Sports Complex / municipal Powers Park address crosswalk

2011–2019Nine documented seasons
55Distinct event-page locators
1,468Team-event-division entries
$87,400Calculated gross advertised fees; NOT receipts
243Division-level source rows
2,950Modeled minimum-game equivalents
5,218Officiating assignment equivalents
1Single historical facility category

Historical baseball schedules are more than event advertisements. They can document teams, divisions, venues and game activity, but they do not necessarily tell the public who collected admissions, who was responsible for concessions, or what appeared in municipal accounting records. Day 19 examines the historical USSSA entries associated with Jeff Warden using the current Hidden Valley research baseline and verified public references, without making assertions about personal income or misconduct.

1. The verified research snapshot

Research measure Documented or calculated total
Activity window represented in the source 2011–2019 (nine USSSA seasons)
Distinct historical USSSA event-page URLs 55
Source division rows 243
Team-event-division entries 1,468
Calculated gross advertised entry fees $87,400
Minimum-game equivalents, source model 2,950
Estimated umpire / officiating assignment equivalents 5,218
Named historical facility categories 1
Sport represented Baseball
County assigned under the single-primary-facility rule Rogers County

What these figures mean. A team appearing in two different events can be counted twice as a team entry. Team entries are not 1,468 different rosters. The minimum-game number is an analytical estimate based on the source's game assumptions, not verified completed game totals. The officials figure measures modeled assignments, not 5,218 separate people or documented wages. The entry-fee amount is teams multiplied by the published division fee, not collected receipts, director compensation or profits.

2. Controlling dataset and reconciliation

The controlling input is AIUSSSA - HVIOG 9-20-2026(6).csv, a 65-field event/division-level file containing 20,305 statewide source rows in the copy examined on October 30, 2026. Filtering the exact TournamentDirector field for Jeff Warden returns 243 division records. Grouping those records by the original EventUrl yields 55 distinct historical event-page locators; the independent season-plus-base-TournamentID key also yields 55. All 243 rows pass this arithmetic check: TeamsEntered × EntryFeePerTeam = TotalTeamEntryFee.

The older September 20 master director inventory agrees with the controlling file on nine represented seasons, 55 event IDs, 243 divisions, 1,468 team entries, $87,400 advertised fees, 2,950 modeled minimum games and 5,218 modeled officiating assignment equivalents. The existing Baseball Heaven Jeff Warden research profile also displays those headline totals. The old inventory is a cross-check, not a substitute for the underlying division records.

Annual source reconciliation

Season Event pages Division rows Team entries Calculated entry fees Min. games Official assignments
2011 5 29 221 $16,923 531 915
2012 7 42 303 $10,237 564 1,014
2013 9 45 349 $12,640 653 1,183
2014 9 35 195 $2,712 355 634
2015 6 28 107 $13,485 186 334
2016 3 10 49 $2,245 88 150
2017 6 21 75 $9,580 173 284
2018 4 14 90 $8,865 214 357
2019 6 19 79 $10,713 186 347
TOTAL 55 243 1,468 $87,400 2,950 5,218

Event identity caveat: The June 10, 2017 “Tournament for the Angels” appears under two separate historical event-page IDs — 291123 (six team entries, two divisions) and 290436 (four team entries, two divisions) — with the same first date and title. Counting source event pages gives 55; collapsing exact same-season/name/start-date keys gives 54 date-title groupings, but that reduction is not proof the two pages were one administered tournament. No division rows or entry-fee calculations have been removed or double-booked. Original brackets and event contracts would be required to resolve the administrative identity.

3. Public sports facility: Claremore and Rogers County

The research dataset identifies a single location for all 55 event locators: Claremore Youth Baseball Sports Complex, with the source address appearing in two punctuation variants of 2011 North Sioux, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017. All 243 division rows identify Claremore and Rogers County. There is no need to divide one event across multiple counties.

The City of Claremore Parks and Recreation page independently lists Powers Park at 2011 N. Sioux Ave., established in 1973 and renovated in 2008, with a 35-acre, 12-field baseball complex. The city identifies the facility as home to the Rogers County Youth Baseball Association. This is a strong same-address municipal venue crosswalk, not a verified historical claim about field-by-field assignments, fee collections or the terms of any particular 2011–2019 agreement.

County assignment rule: One source-listed facility → one dataset-corroborated primary county, Rogers County, for all 55 event-page locators. The municipality and street address are corroborated by the city listing. Historical field permits, event reservation sheets, venue contracts and property records still require independent examination for precise host/use and ownership details.

4. USSSA director, event, schedule and bracket evidence

The Baseball Heaven research directory associates director ID 2932680 with Jeff Warden. This is a documented directory identifier, not an independently verified live USSSA individual-profile URL. Official director-level profile URL: not independently verified; no assumed URL is supplied here. The separate Baseball Heaven profile is a secondary research page, not an official USSSA identity record.

Selected independently accessible original USSSA records corroborate director attribution and game activity:

  • March 28, 2014 — Claremore 9th Annual Freebie, USSSA results. The historical results identify Jeff Warden and display scores; they do not disclose cash admissions or event profit.
  • May 17, 2014 — Claremore Single A Freebie, USSSA results. This 11U-A division record names the director and includes pool and bracket scores.
  • May 17, 2014 — preserved USSSA pool schedule. The original record preserves matchups and scores; some time/field values are missing or shown as N/A.
  • May 17, 2014 — preserved USSSA elimination bracket. The bracket contains field and game-time references for one age division.

The complete 55-event ledger below retains the source-supplied historical USSSA event_home URLs, even where a particular event-home link has not been independently reopened. These URLs are locators, not claims of current functionality. Results and brackets corroborate selected contests; they do not establish a facility's financial relationship with a director or every originally scheduled game.

5. The critical “Freebie,” $0 entry-fee and league-calendar distinctions

The controlling source contains 116 of 243 division rows with a listed $0.00 team entry fee, covering 837 of 1,468 team-event-division entries (approximately 57.0% of entries). There are 23 event-page locators where every division shows $0, plus 3 with a mixture of zero and positive division fees. 16 event titles contain the word “Freebie”; these represent 662 team entries. A free or unlisted team entry fee does not prove that gate admission was free, that concessions were sold, or that local league registration fees were or were not charged.

Four event-page records are explicitly league-classified. They account for 31 team entries, each showing $0 in published team entry fees. Their source event days cannot be equated automatically with days on which the public paid admission:

Season Source event name Team entries Source listed days Inclusive calendar span
2011 Claremore league 17 5 5
2014 RCBA League 4 29 62
2014 Claremore Baseball 4 31 68
2015 Claremore League 6 36 81

Three league listings have extended source day counts of 29, 31 and 36 even though their calendar spans are 62, 68 and 81 days. The source also lists the April 2012 “April Ending Bash” as four days despite a Friday–Sunday date range of three inclusive calendar days. These discrepancies are preserved in the historical event ledger; neither the source-day field nor the inclusive date range proves paid-admission days.

6. Transparent financial scenarios — research estimates, not transactions

The calculations below use fixed, openly disclosed illustrative assumptions, not a claim about Claremore gate prices or operations from 2011 to 2019:

  • 20 paying spectator admissions for each team-event entry on each hypothetical charged day; a repeat participant or spectator may be counted on multiple days, so this is not unique people.
  • $5 per paid admission (not independently confirmed for these events).
  • Gross concession sales = 50% of modeled gate, representing an illustrative food/beverage-sales ratio, not verified receipts.
  • Illustrative concession operating expenses = 80% of modeled gross concession sales; thus net concession proceeds = 20% of modeled concession sales, before any other overhead, rentals, taxes or distributions.
  • Source-listed event days are used only in the broadest sensitivity case. Other cases cap assumed admission days at two or one, or exclude league calendars; none supplies proof of actual admission policies.

Exact equations: Team-entry-days = Σ(event team entries × assumed charged days); hypothetical gate = team-entry-days × 20 × $5; hypothetical gross concessions = gate × 0.50; concession operating expenses = gross concessions × 0.80; hypothetical net concession proceeds = gross concessions − estimated concession operating expenses.

Alternative admission scenario Events Team-entry-days Modeled gate Gross concessions Concession costs Net concessions
All source-listed days (including league calendars) 55 4,223 $422,300 $211,150 $168,920 $42,230
Two-day ceiling, all historical listings 55 2,877 $287,700 $143,850 $115,080 $28,770
Two-day ceiling, exclude four league-classified listings 51 2,815 $281,500 $140,750 $112,600 $28,150
One day only, exclude league-classified listings 51 1,437 $143,700 $71,850 $57,480 $14,370
Two-day ceiling, exclude leagues and all-zero-fee events 32 1,290 $129,000 $64,500 $51,600 $12,900

Worked example — non-league, two-day ceiling: 2,815 team-entry-days × 20 × $5 = $281,500 modeled gate. Gross concession sales = $281,500 × 50% = $140,750; assumed concession operating costs = $140,750 × 80% = $112,600; hypothetical net concession proceeds = $28,150. These are alternative illustrations; never sum the scenario rows or attribute them to any individual or public agency.

Reconciliation to the source's built-in model. The controlling CSV's division-level TotalEventGate column sums to $422,300 and TotalEventConcession sums to $211,150 across these rows — exactly the first, all-source-listed-days scenario under these assumptions. That equality is an arithmetic model check, not independent verification of gate receipts or concession sales. We do not add the CSV's model columns to this article's model, because doing so would count the same hypothetical activity twice. The separately calculated $87,400 in advertised team entry fees is also not a bank deposit or actual realized revenue. No valid overall earnings or profit total can be derived without actual accounting and expense records.

Sensitivity is important: excluding league calendars and assuming one paid day reduces modeled gate to $143,700; limiting to listings with at least one positive published division entry fee produces a further restricted two-day case of $129,000. The last restriction is purely a comparison case; it does not mean $0-entry-fee tournaments charged no admission.

7. Public-facility oversight questions worth answering

  1. Facility management and agreements: Which city, park or youth-association agreements, field-use policies and reservation procedures governed the Claremore complex during 2011–2019, including renewals, amendments and any event-use permissions?
  2. Revenue authority: For each event, who was authorized to set, charge and retain team entry fees, ticket admissions and concession sales, and what did the written policies say about waivers, refunds, cash handling or revenue sharing?
  3. Public accounting: What rental invoices, permits, deposit records, budgets, nonprofit financial disclosures or municipality reports document payments to or from the public facility, where such records were required?
  4. Scheduling and weather: Do reservation calendars, cancellation records and field schedules independently explain the “Freebie” listings, the unusually long league calendars and the two same-date Tournament for the Angels event pages?
  5. Public investment and maintenance: How were original construction and renovation costs, ongoing maintenance, utilities, insurance and capital improvement responsibilities shared among relevant public and youth organizations, if documented?
  6. Community access: Were local recreation leagues, school-age players and affordable community programs guaranteed access to fields, practice times and reasonably priced participation when tournament demand was high?
  7. Verification protocol: Can the city and authorized facility operator publish a consistent event-by-event schedule of source records and aggregate revenue categories, without exposing minor players' private information or presuming which party retained a fee?

These are neutral public-documentation questions. Neither the presence of a director in the historical USSSA archive nor the existence of a public sports facility is evidence that any person or organization acted improperly.

8. Complete historical source-event ledger — 55 page locators

The following table gives one entry per historical event-page URL, rather than inflating the number by age division. The linked URLs were preserved from the controlling dataset and were not all independently validated as currently live. Division-level entries and source-day anomalies remain in the downloadable audit file. The June 10, 2017 same-date/title pair remains separately listed pending source verification.

Materials not established by this review: an accessible official individual USSSA director-profile URL; all final pool schedules, cancellations and field assignments across 55 event URLs; historically effective city/association field-use or gate/concession agreements for 2011–2019; documented admission prices, actual paid spectator counts, concession inventory and costs, refunds, deposits, facility payments, insurance and operator reporting. Director-profile classification and IDs are historical research metadata, not current licensing or affiliation determinations. Missing records are missing evidence, not proof of an improper transaction.

Standing research disclaimer and corrections invitation

This article is independent public-interest research for Baseball Heaven / Hidden Valley — Integrity of the Game. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or prepared on behalf of USSSA, Jeff Warden, the City of Claremore, Rogers County, or any local youth-sports association. The presence of a person, organization or facility in the data does not allege wrongdoing, fraud, unlawful conduct or breach of contract.

Historical USSSA records and research datasets can have duplicates, incomplete fields, modified schedules, outdated URLs, cancellations, refunds, incomplete participation data, missing fees and variations in facility names. All fee totals shown here are calculations from advertised fees and entries; game and officials totals are analytical minimum/assignment equivalents; gate and concession figures are illustrative modeled scenarios. They are not audited receipts, director income, personal compensation, taxable income, municipal income, concession profits or verified event profits. No source here establishes which party collected or retained a particular category of money. County attribution uses the source-listed primary facility only and is not split among unverified venues.

Corrections and source contributions are welcome. Tournament participants, officials, historical directors, park staff, city officials and interested families may submit original USSSA schedules or bracket records, dated facility contracts, permits, invoices, receipts, documented fee policies and corrections with verifiable source details. Corrections should identify the specific event-page ID, source date, disputed field and supporting evidence, so the public record can be updated transparently and fairly.
