Oklahoma's Counties of Accountability
Connecting Counties. Following Records. Strengthening Communities.
Independent county-by-county research connecting municipalities, publicly supported youth sports facilities, tournament operations and financial accountability.
Oklahoma's Counties of Accountability is a continuing county-by-county series examining how municipalities, public facilities, youth sports operators, nonprofit organizations and countywide institutions intersect. It explores whether communities collaborate, how public resources are managed and what the documented record shows.
Reports connect the Hidden Valley historical tournament research with municipal agreements, public expenditures, official audits and court records when available. The purpose is not to presume wrongdoing: allegations, audit findings, legal outcomes and unanswered questions are identified separately.
The county is the geographic connecting point. We examine whether municipalities share resources, coordinate programs or maintain separate systems, and identify the appropriate legal and administrative oversight channels. A district attorney's jurisdiction does not automatically mean oversight of every municipal contract or expenditure.

Daily County Research Reports
Explore counties represented in the Hidden Valley dataset, one report at a time. Each report documents the municipalities and facilities reviewed, research sources, legal proceedings where substantiated, available Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector findings, and records still needed.
What Each County Report Examines
Municipalities and facilities · Hidden Valley tournament history · Public financing · Intermunicipal collaboration · Organizations and operators · District attorney jurisdiction · Documented legal proceedings and outcomes · State and municipal audit findings · Records requests and corrections.
A lawsuit, charge or audit deficiency does not by itself establish criminal wrongdoing. Reports distinguish allegations from proven findings and disclose the limits of available records.
